Power of Manifesting a Life you Desire program set Jan. 10

Beebe Healthcare Integrative Health and Wellness will present The Power of Manifesting a Life you Desire, led by Elizabeth Sanchez, at 3 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 10, at Lewes Public Library.

This empowering program will help attendees step forward into the new year feeling energized, focused and ready to turn their dream lives into their real lives. Whether people are coping with change, need some guidance manifesting goals or would like to make changes in their personal lives, careers or health and wellness, this workshop will get participants started on the path to make shifts that will stick and evolve throughout the year.

Sanchez is a certified business coach, life coach and energy healer with 23 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. She has combined her experience to develop a proprietary system – bringing together a unique combination of wellness, mind-set, and human performance tools and strategies.

Since success is unique to each individual and their needs, Sanchez's approach is holistically addressing the body, mind and soul. She helps to identify the best principles and modalities to encourage and inspire attendees to step into their personal power to live each day with more peace in their mind, love in their heart and happiness that fills their soul.
