Avery Withers joins Long & Foster in Rehoboth Beach

April 23, 2018

Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Avery Withers to its Rehoboth Beach office where he will specialize in working with home buyers and sellers.

“We are very excited and fortunate to have Avery join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Carol Materniak, manager of the Lewes and Rehoboth Beach offices. “The combination of Long & Foster and Avery’s unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”

Withers, a member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors, is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more.

Withers is a hardworking Sussex County native with a willingness and desire to serve others. Growing up on the Southern Delaware coastline, he attained the rank of Eagle Scout and continues to live his life by the core values that scouting instilled in him. He spent five years on the Dewey Beach Patrol as a lifeguard and EMT, and worked his way up the ladder in the hospitality industry from busboy to management. Real estate clients can count on Withers to work diligently on their behalf. For first-time homebuyers as well as seasoned real estate veterans, Withers knows the county and can help clients fulfill their real estate needs.

“We welcome Avery to Long & Foster, a company that has helped local buyers and sellers reach their homeownership goals for nearly 50 years," said Materniak.
