Lewes Lions Club hosts dinner for scholarship winners

The Lewes Lions Club hosted a dinner meeting honoring the Cape Henlopen High School seniors who were selected to receive $1,000 scholarships from the club. This year’s winners were Sarah Hunsicker, Melanie McCloy, Megha Patel and Leah Barry. They were chosen based on their academic achievements and community service.
Club members wish these deserving students well, as they attend college in the fall.
The Lewes Lions Club is always looking for members and meets on the second Wednesday of the month, September through June, starting at 6:30 p.m., at Lewes Irish Eyes restaurant.
