Basic recipe using 1 ripe banana/person:
Peel and chunk very ripe bananas.
Place on tray in freezer at least 24 hours.
Process partially thawed chunks until soft serve consistency.
Add your favorite flavoring—vanilla, cocoa powder, peanut powder, coffee, cinnamon, and fruit or nuts. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination!
