Realtor joins Coldwell Banker Resort Realty in Lewes

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty announced that Linda D. Fisher has joined the experienced real estate professionals in its Lewes office.

Fisher joins as team of leader of The Coastal Group, which consists of area specialists who have experience totaling more than 50 years of assisting buyer and seller clients.

Fisher is a native Delawarean and has been a licensed Realtor since 1992. Most recently, Fisher managed DelMarVa Resorts Realty office in Lewes. She carries an associate broker license, accredited buyers agent designation, senior real estate specialist designation and is team leader for The Coastal Group.

Fisher moved from New Castle County to Lewes in 2005 to work at the Peninsula on the Indian River Bay. After raising two daughters, she had the pleasure of raising her grandson Julian, who is set to go off to Oregon State University in the fall to study environmental science. Fisher enjoys decorating, gardening and going to the beach.

She takes great pride in being able to give her clients the personal service they deserve with the advantage of her many years of experience to achieve positive results. Fisher enjoys working with her group focusing on eastern Sussex County. Along with Fisher, Coastal Group team members are Connie Cooper, Jackie McMaster and Shunli Lou. All are looking forward to welcoming new clients and are well qualified to help with all real estate needs.

Fisher is a member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors, the Delaware Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
