The public is invited to hear Gov. John Carney discuss the vision of his administration, including highlights from his State of the State address and his proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year. There will also be time to answer questions from the audience.
Carney will speak at 6 p.m., Wednesday, April 3, in the auditorium at Cape Henlopen High School. The Evening with Gov. John Carney is presented as a public service by the Cape Gazette and there is no charge for admission.
Carney became Delaware’s 74th governor in January 2017. He also served as U.S. Representative from 2011 to 2017, and before that two terms as lieutenant governor.
