Tickets on sale now for Temptations Review show Dec. 5 in Dover
Tickets are now on sale for The Temptations Review, performing at 7 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 5, at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino’s Rollins Center. Tickets are priced from $30 to $50 and can be purchased at www.doverdowns.com.
The Temptations made musical history with their string of fabulous pop and funk hits in the 1960s and ‘70s, and managed to weather a steady stream of changes in personnel and consumer tastes to continue performing. This show is a musical extravaganza dedicated to the late Temptations, filled with songs from the library of one of the greatest Motown acts of all time. The moves and arrangements performed by the group are a replica of the original Temptations show.
Motown favorites performed include such hits as “The Way You Do the Things You Do,” “Get Ready,” “Just My Imagination,” “Since I Lost My Baby,” and their signature No. 1 hit, “My Girl.” In addition to all the hits, the group will sing some classic Motown Christmas songs to get audience members in the holiday spirit.
