Santa Claus isn't the only one who wears a red suit in December any more – cosplayers dressed as Deadpool, Spiderman and other superheroes flock to the annual Ocean City Comic Con.
Last year's turnout was so huge, the convention has doubled in size. More than 175 vendors will share their wares from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 14.
Ogre's Grove of Milton will haul comic books, action figures, handmade jewelry, crafts, and more down the shore to the Roland E. Powell Convention Center at 4001 Coastal Highway, Ocean City, Md.
Admission is $10, with kids 9 and under free with a paying adult. By dressing in costume, attendees will get $1 off admission, and another $1 off by bringing a nonperishable food item for Diakonia Inc.
