Bling Salon celebrates fifth anniversary with open house

Bling Salon and Spa, located at 17644 Coastal Highway in the Mariner Plaza in Lewes, celebrated its fifth anniversary Nov. 26. The full service salon and spa offered discounts on hair products, shoes, jewelry and accessories with drawings every half hour throughout the day.
