Hastings weds Hastings at Coolspring Presbyterian Church
Sara "Sally" Hastings of Rehoboth Beach and Robert Hastings of Lewes were wed April 30 at Coolspring Presbyterian Church in Harbeson. The Rev. David Kaminsky officiated. George Johnson, musical director at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Rehoboth Beach, provided the music. Lindsay Faukenberry of the Delaware Choral Society was guest soloist.
Friends attended from Florida and Annapolis, Md. The Randall Rollins family from Atlanta, Ga., and the Mitchell and Cunningham families of Lewes were also in attendance. Karen Cook, Robert's daughter, and friend Nancy Thompkins were readers. Karen's husband Albert, his son Matthew and Robert Sessa acted as ushers. A lovely reception was held at The Lewes Yacht Club with Barry Eli providing the dinner music.
No gifts were requested, but contributions to Safe Haven Animal Sanctuary were accepted. The happy couple celebrated with family in the summer with a vacation in England and Scotland and now reside in Rehoboth Beach.
