Sarah Russ joins Julie Gritton Team at Coldwell Banker Resort Realty

The Julie Gritton Team at Coldwell Banker Resort Realty announced Sarah Russ as a new member.

A real estate agent licensed in Delaware and Maryland, Russ specializes in commercial sales and leasing as well as and residential listing and sales.

For more than 28 years, Russ has lived in Sussex County, close to the resort areas of Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. She brings a variety of experiences including more than 15 years of commercial and residential leasing and sales. Russ also has over 18 years of volunteer service with the American Heart Association, which has enabled her to develop relationships with community leaders and political figures in Delaware. Her passion for building relationships to better help the community and the economic growth of the area is evident in her professional achievements. 

Russ is a member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors, the Delaware Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She also serves as the political state coordinator for Delaware’s 41st District. She holds multiple certifications, including e-Pro Certified and Smart Home Certified.
