Epworth Preschool hosts children’s Christmas show

Children from Epworth Preschool in Rehoboth Beach put on a show Dec. 21, as preschoolers sang songs for the holidays.
Six classes came together to entertain the packed church sanctuary with performances of three songs each. The kids also came equipped with holiday-themed outfits.
Following the performance, the children got a visit from Santa Claus and were able to get their pictures taken.
The Duckling class, comprising 2-year-olds taught by Claire Kriz and Shannon Faryna, sing “Jingle Bells.” Taking part in back are (l-r) Evelyn Lagonigro, Aaron Davison, George Grenert, Wesley Feindt, Bayley Cameron, Mason Lally, Hope Coulter and Addie Carpenter. In front are Ryan Mace, Stevie Reynolds, Thomas Shaw, Madeline Glace, Madelyn Eisenstein, Nash Johnson, Dane Alloco and Tatum Brewer.
The Turtle and Starfish classes, consisting of 3-year-olds, sing their version of “We Wish You a Merry Christmas.” The classes are taught by Ashley Reynolds and Annie Plowman. The Penguin class, 4-year-olds taught by Judy Schrader and Carrie Dare, sing “Jolly Old St. Nicholas” among their selections. Taking part are in back (l-r) Carter Baeschlin, Maya Lally, Olive Dare, Caroline Perniciaro, Nico Pereira, Kieran Kane and Victoria Soto. In front are Elise Carpenter, Charlie Richards, Gianni Christodoulou, Madeline Smith and Hayden McGinley.
Four-year-olds in the Pelican class, led by teachers Trish McDaniel and Carrie Dare, sing “Christmas Lights.” The class includes in back (l-r) Carson Slavin, Madison Grenert, Boden Stuckey, Elise Sarik and Avery Benson. In front are Dylan Desmond, Jayden DeLeon, Samantha Derrickson, Asa Feindt, Reece Hysler, Amelia Scarano and Cooper Keane.
Singing “Where Is Santa?” are the Dolphin class, under teachers Heather Mento and Sarah Beck.
