Coach Adam Howard and Coach Bruce Clayton from the Body Shop Fitness Center, located in Downtown Rehoboth Beach, is doing 100 burpees a day for the next 100 days to help raise money for Beebe Medical Center. The fitness challenge started on Sunday, May 28th, 2023, and will continue until Labor Day!
We’re asking if you can please donate a penny per 1 burpee completed or any amount you can kindly donate is greatly appreciated. Our goal is 10,000 burpess done and $10,000 raised! All funds will directly go to our local Beebe Medical Center.
