Realtor Donna Girod named New Home Certified Professional

The Lisa Mathena Group announced Donna Girod has been awarded the New Home Certified Professional credential.

The NHCP certification is conferred by the New Home Certified Professional organization and its founder, Don Stanek.

Mathena said, “Donna joins an elite group of real estate professionals across the U.S. who have earned the NHCP certification, and we are extremely proud of her achievement.”

All candidates were required to successfully complete comprehensive coursework and exams in new home sales and marketing as well as understanding the construction process.

An experienced top producer, Girod specializes in buyer agency and property management. “I begin each relationship by communicating with each client to identify the most important needs they desire from their real estate experience. I pride myself on making time for clients outside of the normal business hours so I may better accommodate their schedules,” said Girod.

A longtime resident of Milton, Girod is a native of Morris County, N.J. She holds a bachelor of arts degree from Lebanon Valley College.
