Limited spaces remain for children’s pottery classes at RAL

Well known for its pottery studio and children’s art classes, the Rehoboth Art League has availability for 9- to 13-year-olds to join a beginner's pottery class.

The series will meet from 1 to 3:30 p.m., Saturdays, April 20, May 18 and June 15, at 12 Dodds Lane, Henlopen Acres. 

Under the guidance of Myndi Smithers, students will learn hand building, wheel throwing and decorating. The emphasis of this class is fun and creativity combined with sound, basic skills and techniques. All materials are provided.

Cost is $160 for members or $195 for nonmembers.
