The Cape Artists celebrate the dog days of August when people come to the beach to experience the ocean breezes. Gallery visitors can get out of the heat and see a collage of Cape Henlopen by artist Kathleen Ott. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., every day through October.
