Nickle Electrical officials acquire company from longtime owners

Following a multiyear succession plan, Nickle Electrical Companies Chief Financial Officer Neal Donaldson and Chief Operations Officer Jeromy Newton acquired the business from Steve and Debbie Dignan as of Jan. 1. Nickle is a well-respected electrical contractor with more than 30 years of dedicated service across the region.

“We’d like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Steve and Debbie for their outstanding leadership and commitment to excellence over the years,” Donaldson said. “Their vision and hard work have created a brand that is synonymous with quality and trust, and we are honored to carry on their legacy.”

Donaldson will retain the title of CFO, and Newton will become president, while the Dignans will continue dedicating their time to Nickle as senior advisors.

“As we transition into this new chapter, our primary goal is to maintain the integrity of the Nickle brand, and nurture the strong relationships built with employees, customers, partners and the community,” Newton said. “We recognize the importance of these connections and are committed to upholding the high standards that have made Nickle a leader in the industry.”
