When Jill Biden came to Rehoboth Beach July 5 to sign her new book at Browseabout Books, she brought along her husband, Vice President Joe Biden.
As Jill signed books and greeted readers of all ages, Joe took a stroll along Rehoboth Avenue greeting visitors as well as Rehoboth Beach's own Cheryl Blackman, decked out in patriotic garb.
