Elks Lodge 2540 enjoys Halloween dinner and dance

Cape Henlopen Elks Lodge 2540 recently held its annual Halloween Dinner Dance. Attendees dined on delicious beef stroganoff and enjoyed music by Bob Hughes.
Costumes were not required, but many dressed for the occasion. Shown (l-r) are Virginia Lee Flood, dressed as a bunch of grapes; Bill and Ruth Wilson as hobos; Bob Walsh as a cowboy and Ola Martin as a baby. The vote for top awards was close, so equal prizes were given to all.
The Elks Lodge 2540 will host a New Year's Eve celebration, and the next dinner dance comes Jan. 25, 2013. Tickets are available at the Elks Lodge or by calling 302-645-7016.
