Barefoot Hires for Attitude

Barefoot's Operations Manager, Aaron Frank, of Woodside Delaware is changing the way outdoor spaces are planned and built.

Aaron joined the Barefoot team in January of 2013 as a foreman and quickly earned the respect and loyalty of the Barefoot Crew.  Mr. Frank was then promoted to operations manager in April of 2013.

Frank has since assembled a team that builds the ultimate outdoor spaces.  The Barefoot staff are hired for attitude and mechanical aptitude then rewarded for performance.  Crews are trained monthly on Hardscaping and Paver Installation, Water Feature Technology, Site Grading, Outdoor Lighting, Fire Features and much more.  "We can teach anyone that wants to learn, and our clients deserve to work with people that smile.  I feel like I work for our guys, not the other way around" Frank says.
