The day emerges. Starlight slides, coalesces, sunlight.
Ah, coalescence.
The calm orderliness of coalescence. A smirk becomes a smile; a rough edge becomes smooth; a dog's bite eases into the gentle petting of a child's hand on warm fur.
Words merge.
Coalescence.
