The Nanticoke Indian Association gathered at the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company May 3 to offer a lunch and informational fair. Presenters ranged from health, financial and fitness, and offered health tests, massages and general information about Nanticoke Indian culture.
Dr. Judith Pierson was the guest speaker and offered her special presentation about making a difference in one's life and the lives of others. Ragghi Calentine told a native story.
More than 35 raffle prizes were presented from local vendors.
