Sen. Ernie Lopez, R-Lewes, was the guest speaker at the ceremony. In his address Lopez said, "When I think about ROTC at this school, I think about how ubiquitous they are. Ubiquitous means being everywhere at once. And I say that about this group because if its at the Buddy Walk on a rainy day, down at Rehoboth Beach, there's the ROTC. Whether it's at an event in Dewey or Milton or again right here at school, or volunteering at a 5K or at a food drive, there they are. Every time." BY STEVEN BILLUPS
