Stacey Garvilla and Ryan Delk to wed
Michael and Beth Garvilla of Georgetown are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Stacey Lynn Garvilla to Ryan Curtis Delk, son of Alfred and Colleen Delk of Macclenny, Fla.
Garvilla is a 2004 graduate of Sussex Central High School. In 2008, Garvilla received her bachelor’s degree in mass communications and geography from University of Delaware. In 2012, Garvilla received her bachelor’s degree in meteorology, graduating cum laude from Florida State University. She is currently the chief meteorologist at KSNF-TV in Joplin, Mo.
Delk is a 2007 graduate of Baker County Senior High. In 2012, he received a bachelor’s degree in meteorology from Florida State University. He currently works as a production supervisor at TAMKO Building Products in Joplin, Mo. The couple met at their alma mater, Florida State University, in Tallahassee, Fla.
The wedding will be held at the Rehoboth Beach Country Club Sept. 18, 2015. After their honeymoon in St. Thomas, they will be residing in their newly built home in Joplin, Mo.
