Eddie Ghabour a guest on FOX Business Network with Stewart Varney
What do Warren Buffet, Bill Gates and Donald Trump have in common with Eddie Ghabour? They’ve all been guests on "Varney and Co.," hosted by FOX Business Network channel’s Stuart Varney. For the second time in two weeks, Varney interviewed Lewes financial advisor Eddie Ghabour of Key Advisors Group LLC on his live TV show.
Varney, a 67-year-old baby boomer, asked Ghabour what he would recommend in this volatile market for someone like himself who has significant gains in Microsoft and other stocks. “Someone at your stage of life should have no more than 50 percent in stocks or equities,” said Ghabour.
“Sell into the strength of the market and rebalance back to a proper allocation for someone in their mid-60s. Cash is always king in an unpredictable market. With a healthy cash position and the right plan in place, volatility can be your friend. When the market pulls back, your cash position allows you to buy great stocks at lower prices."
Varney said he liked Ghabour’s style because he answered his questions with specific investment advice. He said, “You’ll be invited back if you’re not careful.” Sure enough, two weeks later FOX Business Network and Stuart Varney came calling again.
Eddie Ghabour grew up in Delaware and attended Sussex Central High School, graduating in 1994. He went on to York College of Pennsylvania, earning a degree in economics and finance. He started his financial planning career in 1998 and two years later founded Key Advisors Group with business partner Doug Ferris.
Key Advisors Group partners take great pride in its independence as a small local company offering all the capabilities of a major Wall Street firm. The company has offices in both Lewes and Dover. Ghabour lives in Milton with his family and is a volunteer coach for the Lewes Little League.
