County Bank promotes Lynn Fannin to assistant VP
County Bank recently announced the promotion of Lynn Fannin to assistant vice president, operations and customer service.
Fannin has worked in customer service for 26 years. Before beginning her banking career at County Bank in 2006, she managed a national retail store.
Fannin has held various positions including teller, head teller and assistant manager at the Lewes location. In her current position as manager of operations and client support, Fannin is responsible for overseeing the daily end-to-end processes for retail banking products, online banking processes and client support.
"I love that we have the opportunity to forge meaningful connections with our customers as a community bank. Our customers are not just customers. They are our family, friends, neighbors and local business owners,” said Fannin.
Fannin has an associate degree in criminal justice from Delaware Technical Community College. Most recently, she received her Payments Risk Professional Accreditation, having mastered the complexities of risk management within payment systems such as ACH, check, wire, debit, credit and prepaid cards as well as emerging and alternative payments.
Fannin lives in Milford with her husband, two children and two dogs.
