Ever-Present Yoga returns to George H.P. Smith Park in Lewes

Sessions now offered outdoors, indoors and online

Ever-Present Yoga’s current schedule has something for everyone, with outdoor, in-studio and online classes all guided by teacher and owner Jude Block.

Her latest round of classes, including Ever-present Flow, and Baby and Me Yoga, can be accessed in person at George H.P. Smith Park or the Life Center at Savannah Inn, both located in Lewes, as well as live online via Zoom.

Yoga for Kids will be offered at 9:15 a.m., Mondays, starting June 6 and continuing through Aug. 22, in George H.P. Smith Park.

Ever-Present Stretch, Chair Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and the 30-minute lunchtime refresher Breathe, Bend, Be, round out her weekly in-studio and online classes.

For those brand-new to yoga, Block is offering Breathing in the Basics, a four-week, in-studio beginner series starting Thursday, May 26. In this welcoming atmosphere and supportive environment, participants will learn about the importance of breath awareness and alignment-focused, mindful movement. Foundational yoga poses with a step-by-step description and demonstration will be practiced along with breathing techniques and relaxation strategies to keep energy calm and content in the present moment.

Private individual and group instruction is also available by appointment. Whether individuals are just starting, renewing or revitalizing their yoga journeys, there is an Ever-Present Yoga class to support each person’s energy and practice.
