Lewes chamber hosts officers and directors installation dinner

The Lewes Chamber of Commerce’s annual Installation of Officers and Directors dinner took place Oct. 6 at the Lewes Yacht Club. The board recognized Executive Director Betsy Reamer for her 25th anniversary and Visitor Center Manager Anita Vollmer for her 10th anniversary of employment with the chamber. State Auditor Kathy McGuiness, Sen. Ernie Lopez, R-Lewes; Speaker of the House Rep. Pete Schwartzkopf, D-Rehoboth Beach; Rep. Steve Smyk, R-Milton; and Lewes Mayor Ted Becker presented proclamations. The featured speaker was Delaware River and Bay Authority Executive Director Tom Cook.
