Local entrepreneur to speak at Polka Dot Powerhouse national event Oct. 7-8

Lisa Condon, CEO of Lisa Condon Enterprises, has been selected as a featured speaker for the Polka Dot Powerhouse 2022 Annual Celebration, set for Friday and Saturday, Oct. 7 and 8, in Denver.

Condon has been a member of the Polka Dot Powerhouse organization in its Lewes chapter since October 2018, and she serves as a national legacy leader. This event marks the 10-year anniversary of Polka Dot Powerhouse connecting a community of women across the globe.

“I am absolutely honored and over-the-moon excited to have been selected from 100-plus applicants. Sharing energy and space with these amazing speakers and the 400-plus attendees at this event is unlike anything else,” said Condon.

LCE is a company that sparks inspiration, innovation and collaboration. A motivational speaker, Condon uses a combination of theory and practices from the Project Management Institute, Six Sigma, SCRUM, EQi and Appreciative Inquiry. 

Condon has won awards throughout the country in public relations, event development and business solutions. A member of the National Speaking Association, she is co-founder of Cardinal Opportunities, a nonprofit organization that provides soft skills to underserved populations throughout the United States. She is also the founder of the Sussex County Chapter of Cocktails Curing Cancer. Condon serves on the international governing board for Delta Phi Epsilon as vice president, and on the board of ambassadors for the Beebe Medical Foundation.
