Miltonian graduates from FBI National Academy
Milton resident Dean Popovich graduated Dec. 12 from the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Va.
A 2002 Cape Henlopen High School graduate, Popovich now serves as a lieutenant at the Salisbury Police Department in Salisbury, Md.
