Rehoboth Beach Main Street announced the appointment of four new board members: Richard Byrne, Jill Dunham, Mike Edelin and Robyn Rosenfeld-Aburrow.

Each brings exceptional skills to help deliver more for RBMS affiliates. All were appointed to three-year terms that began at the Dec. 16 meeting.

He served as an elected City of Rehoboth Beach commissioner from 2018-21, providing leadership on environmental and animal issues. Byrne has lived full time in downtown Rehoboth Beach since 2009, serving as president of his homeowners association. He lives with his wife Sherri Wright, and a rescue dog and cat.

A Taylor University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an emphasis in accounting, Jill Dunham worked 22 years in the private sector. In 2001, she began her federal career in budget and finance. She retired from the National Gallery of Art in October 2019. She became a full-time resident of Delaware, where she lives with her spouse and their two rescue dogs. In addition to supporting many Rehoboth Beach community functions, Dunham began volunteering as assistant treasurer for Rehoboth Beach Main Street. In January 2022, she was elected treasurer and now serves on the Main Street board.
