Rehoboth Beach Yoga to offer free class spaces June 19-24

June 14, 2023

To mark the International Day of Yoga Wednesday, June 21, Rehoboth Beach Yoga Center is celebrating the occasion with free spaces in all its yoga classes from Monday afternoon, June 19, to Saturday, June 24.

Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve a spot, email info@rehobothbeachyoga.com.

The International Day of Yoga was established in 2014 by the United Nations to raise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of practicing yoga, and it is celebrated on the summer solstice every year.

Rehoboth Beach Yoga Center teaches Svaroopa yoga, which provides a core release of tension in the muscles around the spine. This is accomplished with precise alignments and support in the poses. Releasing muscle tension around the spine reduces and eliminates pain, improves sleep, increases flexibility and quiets the mind. Anybody can practice Svaroopa yoga.

Classes are limited to 16 students. The well-trained teachers offer individualized guidance and instruction in the poses to support every student’s unique needs. Propping in the poses ensures students can settle in and maximize their release.

Rehoboth Beach Yoga is conveniently located near the traffic light at Route 1 and Bay Vista Road, with plenty of free parking at 20245 Bay Vista Road, Unit 101, Rehoboth Beach.
