Ronald Crain joins RE/MAX Associates in Lewes

Ronald Crain has joined RE/MAX Associates Lewes, specializing in resort and residential real estate along the southern Delaware coast. He is a full-service Realtor with over 34 years of local experience.

Crain has been licensed since 1977 and a broker since 1983. He holds the Graduate Realtor’s Institute and the Certified Residential Specialist designations. He is also a member of the Luxury Homes Institute. He has sold over $150 million worth of real estate.  He is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.

“Real estate is a personal service business. You expect knowledge and skill from your Realtor in the areas of financing, contracts, negotiations and marketing,” says Crain. He keeps abreast of trends and continually updates his information. Crain makes a point of knowing the associated people in the industry, which gives him an advantage in providing good service to his clients.

Crain lives and works in the Rehoboth Beach area of Sussex County. He is a lifetime Melvin Jones Fellow member in the Dewey Beach Lions Club, and has been past president two years in a row.
