We start with whole grain oil free pita rounds spread with oil free tomato sauce, then arrange a variety of raw and cooked toppings (we used peppers, onions, mushrooms, corn, zucchini, broccoli, black olives), herbs and spices. No meat, no dairy, no added oil, no problem! Good for kids and good for Grandma, too!
