Zachary Macfarland wins $5,000 scholarship to Lynchburg College

Cape Henlopen High School senior Zachary Macfarland has won a $5,000 Julius Sigler Scholarship Competition Award from Lynchburg College, which will become the University of Lynchburg on July 1. Also accepted at Temple University, Macfarland has chosen to attend Lynchburg.
