This 12th Plant-Based treat is a winner! Nothing beats chocolate banana ice cream topped with candied pecans! We mixed up our favorite dessert

of frozen banana chunks with a little cocoa and unsweetened chocolate almond milk and garnished the divine results with a handful of candied pecans. 

As you can see, Plant-Based eating goes well beyond the wonders of BEANS & GREENS, ROOTS & FRUITS to include flavors and textures valued by the great cuisines of the world. When we leave animals and animal products off our plates, we are not deprived but rather nourished, sustained and energized as is the very environment that surrounds us.
