Nick Panyko added the Vikings’ second goal at 19 minutes from Hernandez-Becerra. Jose Zelaya tied the game for Laurel at 37 minutes. The half ended with the teams tied at 2-2.
Cape turned on the afterburners in the second half, dominating play and getting scores from Hernandez-Becerra and Jack Schell to garner the Vikings’ sixth victory on the season.
The Vikings outshot the Bulldogs 13-5 and held a 5-1 advantage in corner kicks.
Cape keeper Dru Schneider made four saves, while Noah Ros had nine stops for the Bulldogs.
