LEWES – Every year the Regal Awards are presented by the Home Builders Association of Delaware (HBADE) to highlight excellence in the home building industry. The 32nd annual Regal Awards ceremony was presented at the Lighthouse Cove Event Center in Dewey Beach to an excited crowd of over 200.
Capstone Homes, a Lewes based custom home building company, won 15 Regal Awards: Best Active Adult Community Home up to 3,000 Sq. Ft., Best Luxury Community Home up to 2,000 Sq. Ft. over $400,000, Best Luxury Community Home 2,000-3,000 Sq. Ft. over $400,000, Best Luxury Community Home over 4,000 Sq. Ft. over $400,000, Best Luxury Custom Home 3,000-4,000 Sq. Ft. over $400,000, Best Single Family Community Home up to 2,000 Sq. Ft. over $220,000, Sussex County Best Marketing of the Year; Best Billboard, Best Event or Promotion, Best Informational Brochure, Best Print Ad, Best Video or Commercial, Best Website; Shannon Bull won Project/Production Manager of the Year; Natasha Barbosa Kleinstuber won Selections/Options Coordinator of the Year; and five Capstone Homes’ sales representatives were inducted into the Million Dollar Club.
The Million Dollar Club honors total sales volume from fiscal year 2023 for an individual sales associate. Karalyn Joseph had sales between $2 Million – $4,999,999. With total sales between $10 Million – $14,999,999 were Sarah Mushrush, Emily Schlater, Jessica Mattioni, and BJ Mitchell.
Regal Award judges are vetted from outside the HBADE organization to impartially review and assign scores to all the entries. Criteria is based on design, craftsmanship, and completeness of entry.
