Bayhealth is pleased to welcome Rithikaa Ellangovan, MD, an endocrinologist specialty-trained in diagnosing and treating hormone-related conditions or disorders of the endocrine system. Dr. Ellangovan joins Ejaz Mahmood, MD, at the Bayhealth Endocrinolology, Sussex Campus practice in Milford. She is accepting new patients.
Bayhealth Endocrinology, Sussex Campus is part of Bayhealth Medical Group, a partnership of highly trained physicians and advanced practice clinicians, their staff, and an administrative support team that operates medical offices throughout Delaware.

Before joining Bayhealth, Dr. Ellangovan completed a fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism at Tower Health - Reading Hospital in West Reading, Pennsylvania. Prior to that she completed an internal medicine residency with Drexel University College of Medicine where she gained clinical experience at Mercy Catholic Medical Center, including Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in Darby, Pennsylvania and Hospital of University of Pennsylvania, Cedar Campus in Philadelphia. She earned her medical degree from Sri Ramachandra Medical College & Research Institute in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Dr. Ellangovan is now accepting patients at the Bayhealth Endocrinology, Sussex Campus practice located at 101 Wellness Way, Suite 200 in Milford, Delaware.
