Scott Bossert speaks to Rotarians about oil spill emergency response

Shown with outgoing President Margaret Iorii, Scott Bossert, a member of the Rehoboth Beach Sunrise Rotary Club, recently shared with his fellow Rotarians the role of The Delaware River & Bay Cooperative based in Lewes.
This group has faced many challenges in providing oil spill emergency response solutions across many miles of Delaware waterways.
