The Jack Lingo Masters "A" Division team fell 8-4 to a tough Kooper's Tavern team in the final of the Ocean City Classic Aug. 16, where legends of the game showed their stuff on both sides of the ball.
Hall of Fame player Gary Gait was on attack for Kooper's while local stars Spencer Steele, Jack Lingo, Mark D'Ambrogi, Dave Mushrush, Greg Tate, Josh Rachman and Nick Scroggs played for the Lingo team.
Jack Lingo Elite fell in the quarterfinal of the Atlantic Elite division 4-3 in overtime to Cannons Select from Owings, Md.
